Indian officials claim that at least 104 Indian nationals were deported from the US on military planes.

The Drug Enforcement Administration in Chicago shared pictures of their squad working with other federal law enforcement organisations on immigration enforcement.
Lakbhir Singh, a former Punjabi village chief, knows one of the deported Indian nationals.
His “family is distraught,” the repatriated man stated. Lakbhir claimed that the family had sold their land and spent thousands of dollars “to send their son abroad and the boy came back.”
He asserted that unemployment was the reason why young people were fleeing his community. According to him, young people want to have happy lives.

After meeting with the deported people, Punjab State Minister of Non-resident Indian Affairs Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal told local reporters on Wednesday, “This is my request to the federal government.”
“I particularly ask that US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi meet and work out a solution for whatever is occurring or will occur.”
