Atishi, the caretaker chief minister of Delhi who goes by one name, said that the bodies were taken to the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narain Hospital in the city.

Last month, during the six-week holiday, a stampede happened where at least 30 people died. Tens of millions of Hindus had come to swim in a sacred river.
